Our regional breakfast buffet – pure pleasure

Look forward to selected regional cheese specialities: Solothurn Herrenkäse, Weissensteinkäse and Buechiberger Schlosskäse – directly from Lanz in Gerlafingen. Complemented by the fine Biancha from Jumi.
We also serve homemade jams made from seasonal fruits, such as our popular raspberry jam and our ‘Couronelle’ – a palm oil-free chocolate and hazelnut spread made from organic hazelnuts. Every morning, we prepare fresh Bircher muesli for you, accompanied by two types of homemade bread: crispy sourdough bread and aromatic wholemeal bread.
A special delicacy: our honey from the hotel’s own garden, extracted from the carefully collected nectar of our bee colony.
