With his charming accent, Gwen belongs to the Bar à Vin like Bordeaux belongs to the French wine culture. From coffee to cocktails, he will fulfil (almost) every wish.

Benny is the chef de cuisine’s right-hand man. He knows every nuance of our cuisine and ensures that every detail is perfect with his calm manner, precision and keen sense of taste.

With great care and an eye for detail, Jasmin, Head of Housekeeping, ensures that everything sparkles – and enthusiastically passes on her knowledge to our trainees.
